Very very clean. Very convenient. Had nice room on 7th floor, so not noisy.
Service not friendly. Credit card machine "not functioning" but got charged 3x somehow.

The location was great.Right in district 1.
Staff English was very poor.They want to sell their expensive tours.Not very helpful.

I asked for a wake up call and taxis on the day I was leaving for 2:30am and a taxis at 3:00 am . There was no response and when I came down every one was sleeping and all the doors wee locked.
